The Meeting was inaugurated by H.E. Mr. Rafet Akgunay, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey who delivered the opening statement on behalf of H.E. Mr. Ali Babacan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey.
